Psychological Support for Adults suffering from Anxiety or Depression

Almost 1-in-5 of UK adults will suffer from anxiety and depression at some point in their lives. Mental health is a hugely under-appreciated area of need in the modern world but, thankfully, it is gaining more and more recognition as a vital part of our health care needs.

We aim to offer psychological support to adults experiencing one or more of the following issues:

  • Anxiety (panic attacks, phobias, OCD, separation anxiety)
  • Depression, low mood and self-esteem
  • Relationship issues

As qualified and experienced Clinical and Counselling Psychologists we can offer Talking Therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

We can offer these therapies either face-to-face at our quiet clinic in Banstead, Surrey or online via video call.

We also offer Psychological Support to older children and familes. See our page here.
