Dr Louise Oliver

Dr Louise Oliver, CBT Therapy in Epsom, SurreyMy name is Dr Louise Oliver and I am the founder and co-ordinator of the practice. I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of NHS and private practice experience. Before starting my own private practice in Epsom I worked for the NHS as a Senior Psychologist within a London Primary Care service and for the British CBT and Counselling Service.

As a chartered psychologist, I am trained in a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Person Centred Therapy. However, I have chosen to specialise in CBT as I have seen first hand how effective it is at helping people learn tools and techniques to achieve meaningful change.

Claire Berry

Claire Berry, CBT Therapy in Banstead, Surrey I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the BABCP. Since qualifying in 2009 I have spent my time working in a range of child and adolescent mental health services within the NHS including inpatient and community settings. I have experience of working with children and young people up to the age of 18 who are affected by a variety of mental health difficulties including depression, self-harm, exam stress, anxiety disorders such as phobias, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety and social anxiety. This has also included working with parents to help them support their child with these difficulties. I continue to work in a child and adolescent mental health service alongside my private work.

Dr Laura Arkless

Dr Laura Arkless Clinical Psychologist Epsom and BansteadI am an experienced Clinical Psychologist of 16 years and I provide psychological therapies to adults, young people, children and families, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT for the full range of commonly experienced difficulties with emotional functioning, mental health and behaviour.

I offer evidence based psychological approaches with adults, children, teenagers and families for treatment of –

Hello, my name is Dr Robyn O’Connell and I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist.

I have experience in working therapeutically with individuals describing difficulties including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety disorders (such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder and Social Phobia), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), hoarding disorder, low self-esteem, emotion regulation difficulties, unusual experiences (such as hearing voices), body image and weight management issues.

I have worked in the NHS and privately since 2007, in various mental health services for adults, young people and their families. This includes working in an NHS adult Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) clinic, and as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). I am experienced in working with neurodiversity, and I currently form part of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessment clinic.

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained to use a variety of different therapeutic modalities. This includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Narrative and Systemic therapies.
