Dr Sharron Smith

Dr Tracy Garnett

Hello, my name is Dr Tracy Garnett and I am a Clinical Psychologist. I joined the Surrey CBT & Psychology Practice in 2019. I have experience of working with adults, adolescents, couples and families to address a broad range of difficulties. These include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social and relationship issues, anger management, low self-confidence, work-related problems, adjustment to physical health conditions, loss and bereavement, and phobias.

I have worked across a wide range of services within the NHS and I have specialist experience of working therapeutically with adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Before starting in private practice I worked as a Clinical Psychologist within the national specialist Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Service at the Maudsley Hospital in London.

Claire Berry

Claire Berry, CBT Therapy in Banstead, Surrey I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the BABCP. Since qualifying in 2009 I have spent my time working in a range of child and adolescent mental health services within the NHS including inpatient and community settings. I have experience of working with children and young people up to the age of 18 who are affected by a variety of mental health difficulties including depression, self-harm, exam stress, anxiety disorders such as phobias, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety and social anxiety.
